Energy Therapy
What is energy therapy
Energy therapy is a practice that works with a person's energetic system: their field, centers (chakras), flows, balance, and disturbances that affect physical, emotional, and mental health.
Each of us has not only a physical body but also an invisible energetic space that stores memories, emotions, traumas, beliefs, and life scenarios that influence our lives.
Every person has a light and a dark side — this is a natural part of the human psyche and energetic nature.
The light side is our love, kindness, gifts, abilities, talents, inspiration, inner light.
The dark side includes fears, aggression, pain, shame, shadow emotions we’ve hidden or denied.
Energy therapy does not idealize one part or deny the other.
It helps us see and accept both sides, teaches us to face the darkness, understand and embrace it — and through that, releases the energy that was blocked.
Because both light and shadow hold great power.
When we do not accept our dark side — it controls us unconsciously!
When we bring it to consciousness — we transform pain into wisdom, fear into strength, aggression into action!
So if we want to live in health, clarity, joy, and harmony with ourselves and others — it’s important to learn how to maintain inner balance, which is what I help people with in energy therapy sessions.
Origin and development of energy therapy
Energy therapy has deep roots in the traditions of various peoples and cultures, who have long understood: a person is not just a body, but also energy, consciousness, and spirit.
Long before modern science, people healed with hands, breath, prayers, intention, and presence.
Across the world, it had different names:
- In China — qigong, meridians, and energy channels;
- In India — chakras, pranayama, life energy — prana;
- In Japan — reiki (energy transfer through hands);
- In Europe — folk healers, rituals, prayer healing, the power of word, hands, and spirit.
Later, this knowledge began to merge with psychology, somatic practices, and neurophysiology.
This gave rise to a new approach — energy therapy in its modern form.
The term “energy” (Greek: energeia — action, activity) was first introduced by Aristotle, who described it as the active force that realizes potential.
In physics, energy became a central concept in the works of Newton, Faraday, Maxwell, Einstein — from mechanics to field theory and electromagnetic waves.
The development of modern energy therapy in the 20th century gained momentum:
- Bioenergetics, research into the human field (aura), aura photography (Kirlian);
- Fusion of Eastern wisdom with modern physics, psychology, and psychosomatics;
- Practices integrating body, mind, and spirit: reiki, healing, body therapy, gestalt, etc.
Today, energy therapy is a holistic method that combines ancient wisdom with modern science to restore a person’s life force.
How energy therapy works
Energy therapy is based on the understanding that a person is not only a physical body but also an energetic structure that includes:
- Subtle bodies (emotional, mental, spiritual),
- Chakras — energy centers responsible for different life areas,
- Energy channels (nadis, meridians),
- Biofield (aura), reflecting the person’s overall state.
When there are blocks, imbalances, or energy leaks — this affects:
- emotional state (anxiety, apathy, aggression),
- physical health (illness, chronic fatigue),
- thinking (doubt, fear, inner criticism),
- life scenarios (negative patterns, lack of fulfillment).
How it works
An energy therapist does not "heal" in a direct medical sense, but helps the person to:
- Identify imbalances in the energy system (lack of energy, stagnation, distortions).
- Understand the cause — emotions, trauma, past experiences, beliefs.
- Restore energy flow using specific methods:
- Energy diagnostics
- Working with hands or pure intention
- Directed work with consciousness and body
- Techniques for release and clearing from external/unneeded energy
- Recharging, activating resources and inner strength
What changes after sessions?
- Integrity is restored
- The person feels more connected with themselves
- Energy for change arises
- Perception of self and life situations shifts
- Inner chaos dissolves, clarity and balance emerge
Energy therapy is not “magic healing,” but a collaborative process.
The person is an active participant: their desire for change, willingness to go deep, and readiness to take responsibility are essential.
Who is it for
Energy therapy is suitable for everyone without exception, because every person has an energy system — regardless of age, profession, personality, or beliefs.
We all sometimes:
- feel tired, drained, apathetic;
- don’t understand why the same situations repeat;
- experience inner conflicts, emotional breakdowns, or illnesses with no clear cause;
- feel “stuck,” wanting change but feeling blocked.
Energy therapy is especially helpful for those who:
- feel exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed;
- suffer from chronic or psychosomatic conditions;
- have lost connection with their body or inner self;
- are at a life or career crossroads;
- want to find themselves, unlock potential, and break stagnation;
- feel like they’re not living their own life, like they’re “disconnected”;
- carry generational trauma, deep fears, or confusion about their path;
- work with people — therapists, coaches, teachers, artists — who need to stay in balance.
Even if your life seems “fine,” energy therapy can help prevent burnout and lead to deeper self-realization.
Energy therapy is NOT for those who:
- expect a “magic pill” and instant results with no effort;
- are not ready to admit their issues or speak openly about them;
- place full responsibility on the therapist for their healing;
- are not willing to explore themselves deeply or take conscious responsibility for their transformation.
This method only works when you are engaged, open to change, and ready to take responsibility for your own life.
Pseudo-spirituality. How can energy therapy be dangerous?
Energy therapy is a powerful and highly effective tool.
When used skillfully, it can trigger deep healing, inner growth, and transformation.
But unfortunately, today the spiritual space is filled with “teachers,” “channelers,” and “guides” who haven’t done the deep work themselves but are already leading others.
This creates a serious danger — people are lured into “spiritual cults.”
Online you’ll find hundreds of group meditations, questionable retreats, and loud promises of instant awakening and “enlightenment in 3 days” — spirituality has turned into a marketplace.
In other words: “The devil preaches morality.”
And the worst part — people believe it. They believe, they go, they pay large sums of money.
And then they’re left not only without their resources, but with internal trauma.
The story I’m about to tell is my own. And it became my biggest lesson and the reason why I now approach energy therapy safety so carefully.
Since childhood, I was taught to respect elders, listen to teachers, and trust their wisdom. That’s how I ended up training with one “energy teacher” who had a solid theoretical background.
The material was indeed valuable and helped me understand many things.
But the energetic field of that teacher became a tragedy for me.
While I followed all the rules and recommendations exactly — things seemed fine.
But the outcome was not what I truly wanted. It wasn’t mine — it was imposed.
As soon as I stepped out of that teacher’s field and completed the training, I fell into a state of deep destabilization.
It felt like I was trapped in an invisible cage.
Six months of my life were spent in inner terror: I didn’t understand what was happening to me.
Severe anxiety, fear, sleepless nights, apathy, and no will to live.
Worst of all — I couldn’t explain it to anyone. Not even to myself.
I blamed myself for everything, thought something was wrong with me, that I was weak, that I couldn’t handle it.
I felt guilt, shame, anger toward myself — which pushed me deeper into depression and despair.
I searched for help. I visited many professionals, but every time I left feeling even more lost.
It was like they heard me, but didn’t understand me. They saw me, but didn’t feel me.
And most frightening — no one was able to truly help.
I was left alone with my inner chaos, with nameless pain, and with the question: what’s wrong with me?
I paid a huge amount of money, but it doesn’t compare to the condition I was left in by being in that toxic energetic field.
Only after half a year of suffering did I finally find a true specialist — someone who not only listened, but understood the root of the problem and released the energetic pressure that had trapped me.
I came back to myself. It felt like being born again.
And that’s when I truly saw and realized the scale of that danger.
It was a huge lesson.
A lesson for life.
Conclusion:
- Behind pretty words, sweet smiles, and “high vibrations” often hide fear, ego, manipulation, ignorance, and greed.
- Finishing a three-month course doesn’t make someone a guide.
- Energy therapy is a serious science, not a toy.
- Someone who hasn’t done deep personal work and faced their shadows has no moral right to lead others.
- You can’t guide someone to a place you’ve never been.
I studied for 5 years, completed many courses, gained serious knowledge and experience. But even then, I didn’t allow myself to work with people until I truly felt ready inside.
I practiced a lot, tested different methods, searched for what was mine.
I didn’t rush to “go public” — because for me, this is not a game or experiment.
It’s a big responsibility.
Once I tried to show up — under pressure from a teacher — and it didn’t work at all.
Only when I gained deep confidence in myself, in the quality of my work, and in my ability to help others with serious inner requests — did I step into the world and my true expression.
Myth: “Go into the fear and you’ll overcome it.”
That’s what many coaches and spiritual leaders say.
But I disagree.
The fear of being seen is not something you must “break through.”
It’s a protective mechanism that disappears only when you’re truly ready.
When you have:
- inner stability
- personal life experience
- responsibility for yourself and your work
- confidence in your abilities and what you do
Only then is your self-expression safe — for you and for others.
True growth is the path of self-knowledge, responsibility, and clear awareness.
Pseudo-spirituality is when manipulation, control, and the loss of personal power are hidden behind beautiful words.
How to spot pseudo-spirituality and avoid cults:
- If someone promises “awakening” or “healing” in 3 days — it’s marketing, not transformation.
- If they scare you into thinking you’ll fail without their methods — it’s manipulation.
- If they use fear or dependency to control you — run.
- If a teacher puts themselves above others, and your opinion is dismissed — it’s not support, it’s spiritual control.
- If after one course you see no result but are pulled into more paid programs — that’s a manipulation cycle.
A true specialist works for results, not endless sales.
Meditations offered on every corner today don’t work by themselves.
Just sitting and meditating won’t solve your problems.
You need to find the root cause.
Meditation doesn’t answer that — it doesn’t resolve deep blocks or uproot issues.
Meditation is just a tool — useful for relaxation, like before sleep.
But it won’t fix internal pain.
It’s especially dangerous if meditation or retreat is led by someone energetically unstable or emotionally immature — it can seriously damage your inner state.
So — energy therapy is powerful.
The key is to choose a real guide, not a manipulator.
Take care of yourself.
Remember: your health, psyche, and energy are the most valuable things you have.
Don’t trust someone just because they speak beautifully.
Trust those who act with honesty, dignity, and responsibility.
Requests (Energy Therapy)
Energy therapy is not medicine.
It does not provide diagnoses and does not replace medical treatment, but it can effectively complement traditional approaches — especially for chronic or unclear conditions.
Medicine works with visible symptoms — what has already manifested and is observable.
Energy therapy looks for the deep, internal cause — at the level of energy, emotions, experiences, subconscious programs, or ancestral patterns.
It helps to understand why a particular condition or illness arose, and what it reflects in a person’s life.
It is not a battle against symptoms but a path to understanding oneself, one’s body, reactions, choices, and true needs.
1. Psycho-emotional state
- Anxiety, panic attacks
- Chronic stress
- Depressive states
- Sleep disturbances
- Feeling lost or empty
- Apathy, loss of desire to live
2. Physical symptoms and psychosomatics
- Unexplained pain
- Digestive, heart, respiratory, or blood pressure issues
- Skin problems, allergies
- Sleep issues, hormonal imbalances
- Eating disorders, excess weight
- Frequent colds, weak immunity
- Chronic symptoms that persist despite treatment
Energy therapy helps to identify the real cause of the symptom — whether it’s related to unresolved emotions, inner conflict, fear, or ancestral experience.
3. Serious illnesses (as support)
- Cancer
- Autoimmune diseases
- Effects of trauma or surgery
- Diagnoses where medicine “finds no cause”
Energy therapy does not replace medical care, but can be an important part of emotional, psychological, and energetic support.
4. Mental disorders (under conditions)
I do not work with acute psychiatric conditions. In complex cases — only with a doctor’s permission and under medical supervision.
- Support with diagnoses (as accompaniment): schizophrenia, bipolar disorder
- Diagnoses related to altered states of consciousness
- Work with the body, energy field, and ancestral levels — in a safe format
- Grounding, emotional stabilization, and reality integration
5. Life difficulties and repeating patterns
- Constant financial struggles
- Relationship problems, breakups, loneliness
- Self-sabotage, procrastination
- Fear of self-realization
- Feeling like life is “on hold”
6. Grief and loss. Processing the pain of losing loved ones
- Emotional, physical, and energetic reactions to the death of a loved one
- Feelings of emptiness, fear, guilt, numbness
- Being stuck in grief that doesn’t ease with time
- Support in gently processing the loss and returning to life
- Finding new meaning after loss
7. Creativity and self-realization
- Expression blocks
- Fear of being seen, public speaking, or change
- Lack of motivation
- Inability to start something new
- Inner critic, self-sabotage
8. Work with children and adolescents
I work with children only through parental request — or directly with the child after prior agreement with the parents.
All sessions with children are conducted with respect for their age, ethical principles, safety, and trust.
Common requests from parents:
- Psychosomatic symptoms in the child (allergies, stomach issues, skin conditions, etc.)
- Frequent illnesses, weakened immunity
- Emotional instability, fears, introversion
- Aggression, defiant behavior
- Loss of motivation, apathy, withdrawal
- Difficulties adapting in social environments
- Ancestral patterns transmitted through the family system
Energy therapy is especially effective for children:
- Who are highly sensitive or withdrawn
- Who experienced difficult births or birth trauma (e.g., C-section, asphyxia, separation from mother)
- Who are going through crises, parental divorce, loss, or environmental changes
Age and Contraindications
Age Categories:
I work with clients of various ages:
- Children – by parental request or directly with the child, only with written parental consent
- Teenagers – individually or with adult supervision (depending on the case)
- Adults and elderly – no age restrictions. Age is not a barrier to transformation.
Contraindications:
Energy therapy is not suitable for people who:
- expect immediate results or a "magic pill"
- are not ready to acknowledge their issue or speak about it
- shift responsibility onto the therapist
- are not prepared for deep inner work and self-observation
Special Conditions — Mental Disorders:
In cases of severe mental illness (schizophrenia, psychosis, deep depression, and other clinical diagnoses):
- energy therapy can only be used as a supplementary support method
- a written doctor’s consent or consultation with a psychiatrist is required
- the primary assistance in such cases is medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic
Although energy therapy is a deep and effective method, it is not medical practice and does not provide diagnoses.
In some cases, it is recommended to first consult a doctor or appropriate specialist: – in acute physical conditions requiring urgent medical attention – during infectious or inflammatory flare-ups – in cases of acute psychiatric diagnoses – in instances of severe disconnection from reality
I deeply respect the field of medicine and believe it plays an extremely important role in our world.
At the same time, due to my experience and sensitivity, I can often see and work through the energetic and emotional root even in complex situations.
However, I always act within ethical boundaries: I am not a doctor and do not provide medical treatment.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, energy therapy can be a powerful support — helping the body activate inner resources, release stress, remove energetic blocks, and restore harmony.
If you’re unsure whether energy therapy is right for you — feel free to message me, and we’ll discuss it together.

My Work Format
For many years, I’ve studied energy therapy from various approaches — from scientific methods to deep traditional knowledge.
I’ve gone through my own path of transformation, received professional training, and today I work with all kinds of requests, including complex life situations where other methods fail.
My approach is holistic and deep. In our sessions, we address not only the symptoms but also the true causes — on energetic, emotional, physical, psychological, and ancestral levels.
I always start from your request, your current state, and the depth of your situation.
Each case is individual.
Online and In-Person
I work both online and in-person in Montenegro (live sessions).
However, in-person sessions are most valuable to me — they create deeper connection, a stronger energy field, and a sense of support.
Online sessions are also effective, especially for support, state analysis, or lighter requests when the client is already in a state of awareness.
Children and Complex Cases
- I work with children only in-person and with parental consent.
- Complex psycho-emotional or psychosomatic requests — only after a diagnostic consultation to determine a safe format.
- Acute mental conditions — only with permission from a psychiatrist.
What a Session Looks Like
We meet online or in-person (in Montenegro) at a time that suits you.
We begin by discussing your request — I ask clarifying questions to better understand the situation.
Then I assess your mental, emotional, and energetic state, followed by working with your request using coaching techniques, energy therapy, or a combination of both — depending on your needs.
Session Duration
Session length is not fixed and depends on the complexity of the request and your state.
Sometimes 1 hour is enough, sometimes it takes 1.5–2 hours.
I don’t work by the clock — we finish when the core of the work is done.
Session Structure
- Short introduction and request clarification — What’s troubling you? What do you want to understand or resolve?
- Energy state assessment — Through body signals, emotions, and inner sensations.
- Working with the request — Conversation, body-energy practices, visualizations, clearing blocks.
- Summary and recommendations — What happened, what shifted, what’s next to address.
- Aftereffects of the session — Changes often emerge over the next few days — in your state, thoughts, dreams, or behavior. I remind you: give yourself space and observe. \
All sessions are conducted in a warm, confidential, and safe atmosphere.
My goal is to find the true cause of the issue.
Behind every situation or symptom lies something deeper — something not immediately visible, something that can’t be explained with logic but lives inside, hidden.
I help uncover this cause, understand why the situation or symptom appeared, and what lesson it carries.
And most importantly — to transform it and integrate it into your life from a place of strength, awareness, and love.
The goal is not just to remove the symptom, but to help you reach a new level of understanding yourself and your life.
