I help people who are searching for themselves, their life purpose, a way out of crisis, and who want to reach a new level of life — financially, personally, or professionally.
I help bring back clarity, strength, self-belief, find resources, shape a vision, and bring it to life.
In my work, I combine a scientific approach, practical tools, and deep knowledge backed by personal experience.
I work with those who:
I am originally from Lviv, a beautiful city in Ukraine. Throughout my life, I’ve traveled extensively and eventually settled in Montenegro.
I am 36 years old, and currently I am:
Beyond my professional path, I am a creative soul:
Through movement, voice, and the stage, I express deep emotions, inner experiences, and meaning.
For me, creativity is another path to self-expression, soul connection, and healing. It nourishes me and brings depth to my work with people.
Behind all of this stands my personal story — a journey from an ordinary girl to a woman who has undergone profound transformations, found herself, and now supports others on their journey to freedom, self-discovery, and fulfillment.
Human potential is all the knowledge, skills, abilities, and motivation that already exist within us and can be developed to achieve goals, financial success, and deep self-realization.
My personal story is proof that before presenting yourself to the world, you must walk the path of awareness, healing, transformation, and boldly choosing yourself.
I went through a profound inner journey: from living by others’ rules, constant anxiety, health problems, financial instability, and fear of losing my job — to freedom, professional fulfillment, and deep self-understanding. I carried traumas, fears, emotional suppression, doubts, and insecurity. And each time I faced burnout, depression, or a loss of meaning — I didn’t stop or give up.
I searched for answers for a long time:
Who am I? Why am I here?
I was looking for the true meaning of life, my calling, and work that would bring me joy instead of constant stress, exhaustion, and long-lasting depression.
My path to unlocking potential began in my school years.
I graduated from the Lviv Medical Gymnasium (today’s “Lviv Lyceum”) with an advanced focus on biology and chemistry. I received a silver medal and simultaneously qualified as a junior nurse through the Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University.
Then I entered the Faculty of Biology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where I received a full higher education in “Biology” and a diploma as a biology and chemistry teacher. Studying biology opened a deep world of knowledge for me.
Biology is not just the science of plants and animals, as many people think.
It is a vast and fundamental field covering areas like biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, human and animal physiology, molecular biology, microbiology, neurobiology, and more.
By studying biology, I uncovered the laws of nature, the structure of cells, mechanisms of heredity, and interactions within the human body — all of which helped me understand both physiological and psychological processes better.
This journey required not only intellectual effort but also deep dedication, curiosity, and a desire to see the whole picture of life. I am deeply grateful for every stage of this journey — even my secondary education at Lviv Medical Gymnasium laid a solid foundation.
It wasn’t just a school — it was a rigorous medical-focused institution that gave me both knowledge and hands-on skills.
It was there that I earned the qualification of a junior nurse and a certificate from Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University — my first official professional experience in the field of health.
While studying at the university, I began my first major career journey at McDonald’s — a company that became a true school of life and business for me.
My story there began with an entry-level position at the restaurant, but over time I grew into a staff training instructor and later — a restaurant manager. This was my first real experience in management, teamwork, and being responsible for large-scale business operations.
My career at McDonald’s shaped me as a leader and became a true business school in real life.
It was within this structure that I first discovered my passion for not just completing tasks, but for developing people, helping them learn, grow, and achieve results. This stage became my professional launchpad and the foundation I still rely on today in my work with people — especially in business coaching and team development.
Alongside my career at McDonald’s, I began actively exploring my creative side.
I became part of the core team of the Edelweiss Show Ballet — specializing in Belly Dance and Contemporary choreography. I took part in creative events and concerts under the direction and training of Ukrainian Champion in Oriental and Ballroom Dance, Olena Levytska.
The stage gave me new breath. I felt the essence of freedom, beauty, grace, and femininity.
The more I performed, the less I felt attached to my corporate job. I chose myself. I left the company where I had stability and a career. It was a bold decision that no one in my environment supported, and though it was incredibly difficult — that very step became the doorway to a new chapter of my life: one of freedom, creativity, and international experience.
Olena Levytska was the best dance teacher I’ve ever had! She not only gave me strong technical training but also something very important — full performance preparation.
Our main team classes always took place on a big stage, and we often performed for live audiences. These performances were real celebrations — we brought people joy, energy, and a vibrant mood. We danced at weddings, special events, competitions, festivals, in various cities, and even abroad.
It seemed like creativity would become my new path. But then, societal beliefs started creeping into my mind:
Under this pressure, I pushed my creativity into the background. I quit dancing — the very thing that gave me wings and made me feel alive. That marked the beginning of something deep and painful. I started sinking into depression and lost my sense of purpose.
I no longer knew who I was, what I wanted, or where to go. Nothing inspired me. I felt empty, hopeless, and lost. I regretted quitting McDonald’s five years earlier — regretted the decision, the lost chances, the fact that I had given up a stable, predictable path.
The scariest thing was not knowing who you are. And not hearing your soul beneath the fog of socially imposed thoughts.
I started searching for myself again and dove into the beauty industry:
I studied, invested money, bought supplies, but still felt empty. I knew how to work, I had clients, but once again burnout returned. Apathy. That state of “nothing brings joy.”
During this time, I met a friend who suggested I try working as a stewardess on a yacht.
It was a socially acceptable, stable job that opened new opportunities.
I quickly:
Soon after, I set out to sea for the first time. At first glance, it was a dream: travel, the sea, a good salary, new countries, a chance to learn languages and see the world from a different perspective.
In the early years of my yachting career, I was thrilled. Everything was new, beautiful, and unusual. For the first time, I experienced combining work with adventure, constantly changing locations, waking up in Italy and falling asleep off the coast of France.
Thanks to yachting, I visited dozens of countries, saw unique places I had only dreamed of before. I experienced different cultures, traditions, cuisines, and lifestyles. Every country, every crew, every port was a new environment, a new space, new people.
I learned languages through real-life communication:
This period became a unique international university of life for me — where I learned through experience, action, and observation.
I mastered different areas of work:
After five years of such an intense and exhausting lifestyle, I encountered another side of the yachting reality. A yacht is not just about beauty and travel. It’s a confined space where you’re constantly on your feet, working without a clear schedule, under full subordination.
Physical exhaustion wasn’t the worst part. The hardest was the emotional burnout, loss of personal space, and lack of human connection. Unfortunately, in our world, when you’re in a lower-ranking position, people often stop seeing you as a person. At times, I felt humiliation, neglect, and a complete lack of basic respect. My existence was reduced to the functions I performed.
I was not seen as a human being, but as “service staff.”
And it wasn’t my body that hurt — it was the devaluation of all my hard work, extra effort, and humanity. I’m not talking about specific individuals — I’m talking about a phenomenon in our world: when someone in power believes they have the right to humiliate another simply because they’re in a “lower” position!
But there are no higher or lower people. There are only different roles. A cleaner, a waitress, a stewardess, or a business owner — these are not statuses; they are functions. A human being deserves dignity, no matter the job.
My living story is proof of how important it is not to lose yourself, even when others try to erase your value.
This experience shaped within me an unshakable belief:
I was awarded Best Yacht Stewardess in Montenegro, but that title changed nothing. Despite all the achievements, travel, good income, five years of experience and skills, physical exhaustion and emotional burnout returned, ending in complete internal collapse, another loss of purpose, and deep aversion to what once felt normal. Again came apathy and depression.
This raw, honest, and painful reality became the push not only for change but for a deep journey inward. At that point in my life, I made the most important decision — I sought out a psychotherapist. It wasn’t a professional choice — it was deeply personal: I wanted to understand myself, find the source of the emptiness, and bring meaning back.
It felt like something was wrong with me — so much knowledge and ability, yet I wanted nothing.
I realized it was time to look deeper, to dig up what had been buried, hidden, or suppressed for years. I committed to therapy twice a week. It was a serious decision — an investment not only of time and money, but of openness and willingness to face the truth.
With every session, my therapist revealed new layers of self-awareness, asked powerful questions that made me reflect. And that’s when I developed a deep interest in psychology as a science.
I began studying psychology from both a scientific perspective and through the lens of inner architecture — emotions, beliefs, patterns, and deep-rooted programs that shape our decisions and actions.
After two years of studying practical psychology, I took my first deep transformational course — “The Power of Thought,” where I experienced a real inner awakening.
My teacher was Svitlana Buhela, a well-known Ukrainian hypnotherapist who trained under the globally recognized British expert Marisa Peer, creator of RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy). That course became a bridge between traditional psychology and hypnotherapy — a tool that works with the subconscious, where transformation happens not just through awareness but through deep reprogramming.
I continued studying with Svitlana, completing several signature programs:
For the first time in many years, I felt:
And then I realized: if I was able to awaken — I can help others do the same.
The courses “Power of Thought,” “Home Detox,” and “Code of Freedom” were transformational but didn’t offer professional certification. So my next step was a formal education in hypnocoaching.
It combines:
This course became a solid foundation — a starting point for becoming a true professional in the helping field.
However, over time I realized that basic coaching techniques were not enough to reach the deeper roots of human struggles — forgotten stories, serious traumas, and subconscious patterns that silently direct our lives.
While many of my peers began practicing right after the course, I still felt a lack of confidence, and I knew that the tools we had learned were insufficient to truly help people with complex and deep requests — on both physical and mental levels.
During one of our trance practice sessions in the program, a participant unexpectedly accessed a fragment from a past life.
When we asked the instructor about it, we were told:
“We don’t work with that.”
That moment was a revelation for me — it marked a new phase of inner exploration and depth.
At that moment, I realized:
Classical psychology is just the tip of the iceberg. It mostly works with the mind and what we consciously understand. The same goes for coaching — it’s a powerful tool for achieving goals and reframing life, but it primarily operates on the conscious level.
So I started searching for something deeper than standard training programs offered. There are depths not everyone is ready to face — but that’s exactly where my inner calling was leading me.
This marked the beginning of a new life stage — the journey toward the true nature of the human being, exploring what we’re made of on the levels of consciousness, subconsciousness, and superconsciousness. I became fascinated by sciences that go deeper — to the root of our inner conflicts and limitations.
I started studying tools that let us look beyond logic. Before diving into deep self-exploration, I had many health problems: frequent migraines, stomach issues, women’s health concerns, skin problems, and excess weight. Doctors, cosmetologists, nutritionists… helped temporarily — but the symptoms always returned.
That’s what led me to the study of psychosomatics.
Psychosomatics is a science that explains how our emotions, stress, and experiences can manifest in the body as illness.
I completed two levels of the course “Psychosomatics: Become Healthy.” These courses were a deep personal journey: I worked through my psychosomatic symptoms, explored the root causes of chronic illnesses, and learned to read the body’s signals.
Then I continued with the third level — a specialized course called “Allergy Therapy.”
Today I hold a qualification in psychosomatic therapy and allergy therapy.
My instructor was Maria Tymoshenko, founder of the Academy of Modern Neuropsychosomatics, practicing psychologist, pharmacist, and hypnotherapist.
My most profound personal proof of psychosomatics’ power was a story about a lipoma on my head. For a long time it didn’t change, even as other symptoms faded. Many advised surgical removal, but I felt the cause was internal, and I searched for it at the emotional and subconscious level.
Through my studies, deep inner work, and insights, I eventually found the emotional root of this issue. Once the inner conflict was recognized, the lipoma began to shrink.
That experience became undeniable proof for me that everything happening in the body has roots in the inner world.
"The body is always speaking and offering clues. You just need to learn how to listen."
Every person has a body, a mind, and a soul. While psychology and coaching mainly address the mind, and psychosomatics works with the body, regression therapy deals with the soul’s deep memory. That’s why my next step was to study the science of the soul and its memory.
Regression therapy is a method that allows us to revisit past memories:
All our deepest traumas are rooted in past experiences.
Regression opened the door for me to a full revelation of potential — not just professional or personal, but deep, internal, and true potential, the “Self” that exists beyond roles, patterns, and the experience of one lifetime.
It became my exploration of the human being as a multidimensional entity — with soul memory, karmic tasks, inherited traumas, and inner resources that remain dormant until the right moment.
I studied how ancestral memory, birth date, energy systems, and soul experiences influence a person’s life scenario, choices, fears, decisions, physical and mental health.
I discovered that all our traumas — personal and ancestral — leave deep imprints on the body and consciousness. They can accumulate over years, even pass down generations, causing illness, chronic conditions, and in extreme cases — serious diagnoses like cancer.
This isn’t just a medical fact — it’s a signal of how important it is to work with root causes, not just symptoms. The body, mind, and soul are deeply connected, and true healing only happens when we cleanse and transform deep internal programs and experiences.
That’s why this powerful method allows us to recall experiences that affect us today and identify root causes of:
My mentor: Tatyana Kiliyan (Khlyvna), regression therapist and numerologist, method: “Quantum Healing of the Past”, created by Viktoriya Bolycheva, regression specialist
Through regression and subconscious work, I reached another powerful layer — the family system.
It was through this tool that I came to understand just how much influence our ancestors have: their experiences, unresolved stories, inherited patterns.
Working with ancestry truly fascinated me. It unlocked a whole new field of insights, feelings, and inner power. I didn’t just study theory or take courses — I explored my own lineage deeply.
I took ancestral healing courses, created my family tree, interviewed living relatives about our family history, gathered names, stories, wounds, and strengths of my ancestors. It became a journey of reconnection, cleansing, and rethinking.
When I completed the ancestral research, with the tree fully built and the stories heard and understood, I felt something incredible. It wasn’t just knowledge — it was power. I energetically sensed my lineage standing behind me.
It felt like wings — support that requires no words. I felt that my ancestry was giving me a surge of strength for creation, purpose, and growth. Since then, I’ve never felt alone in my work.
Even if we know nothing about our family history — it lives in us: in our patterns, fears, life choices, partner selection, money beliefs, and self-worth.
Our ancestors lived through war, repression, famine, exile, child loss, and fleeing from home. That pain may have never been processed or healed — and so it’s passed on, generation to generation.
That’s why it’s vital to return, see, understand, and accept. Working with ancestry is not about the past — it’s about the future. About liberation, strength, and wholeness. Because when we embrace our lineage, we embrace ourselves — and we access the support that has always lived within us.

One of the final stages of my formal training was regression therapy and ancestral studies. By then I already had a strong foundation of knowledge and practice. Thanks to this, regression felt natural — I mastered the techniques quickly, was the first in my group to pass exams, and received certification early.
But even with skills, practice, and credentials — I still didn’t feel the deep inner confidence needed to show up fully, boldly, without doubt. During this time, I worked with many clients — explored family patterns, soul wounds, repeating cycles — and gathered a rich body of material.
Still, something was missing. I sensed an invisible boundary I couldn’t cross with logic or technique alone. I lacked a whole, integrated view of where it all begins.
That’s why I consciously chose to study Energy Therapy.
This training became a transition to the philosophy of being — to understanding how life begins, how inner processes are formed, and how energy influences our health, choices, and even destiny. And it was here that I first realized how deeply everything in our world is connected to energy.
Energy therapy is a practice that works with the human energy system: with the field, energy centers, flows, balance, and disruptions that directly affect the psyche, body, and state of consciousness. Today, energy therapy is often called a modern or even “trendy” practice, but its essence runs much deeper.
It is not a modern invention — but a return to the origins. Ancient philosophers already pondered the foundations of existence. Philosophy asked about life and death, the origin of consciousness, and the relationship between the Human and the Universe. And physics — from Newton and Faraday to Einstein — studied the nature of energy, gravity, electromagnetic fields, and waves that shape matter.
The term “energy” comes from the Greek ἐνέργεια — meaning “action” or “activity.” It was first used by Aristotle to describe the capacity for action.
So when we talk today about the human energy field, we’re really drawing upon knowledge from:
The human energy system is the interaction of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels in constant interplay. A disruption on one level inevitably affects the others. And this is where energy therapy becomes key: it does not treat symptoms — it works with causes by restoring energetic balance, connection to the body, inner nature, ancestry, and source.
During my energy therapy course, we explored topics like the origins of being, the spiritual nature of humanity, and our connection to the Universe. It wasn’t religion in a dogmatic sense, but a profound study of the soul, spirit, and energy, incorporating wisdom from various cultures and traditions.
The course combined:
It was a holistic education that allowed me to see the human being in full multidimensionality — as body, mind, soul, spirit, ancestral history, and life purpose.
My teacher: Ksenia Smalko, founder of the spiritual development school “Life Impulse”
Courses:
My teacher studied with Indian masters, receiving knowledge from the original sources — not watered-down adaptations, but authentic Vedic principles taught with deep respect.
This training became the final step in a long cycle of my inner and outer journey. It was the key that opened the door to the full revelation of my potential — not just as a specialist and mentor, but as a human being.
I realized that true strength lies not in external control or perfect plans, but in holistic self-understanding — of yourself, the world, and your mission.
And that’s when the most important thing happened: I reclaimed myself.
For the first time, I felt alive again and opened up in many directions:
My journey is a whole and living story, uniting knowledge, experience, creativity, and a desire to help others discover themselves and their talents — regardless of age — and live in harmony.
But this is not the end. It’s just the beginning of a new level.
I am currently a student of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Academy and continue to deepen my expertise to meet global standards.
I can say this honestly: I’ve gone through many trainings, earned many diplomas and certificates. Each gave me a strong foundation — theoretical, practical, and transformational. Yet most of them lack official government recognition — and that’s the truth I do not hide.
That’s why I am now enrolling at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, pursuing a Master’s degree in Philosophy. My goal is to become a scientific researcher who can not only practice and share knowledge, but also substantiate and prove the effectiveness of the path of human potential development.
This is a new chapter. Deeper. More conscious. And I walk it boldly, with an open heart, with faith and confidence in myself.
“I’m not perfect, but I’m real. And I’m proud of who I am today.”
In this section, I want to talk specifically about the tool of coaching — its essence, history, and practical application. It is one of the main methods I use to support clients in their growth. In today’s world, when I tell people that I’m a coach and I help others unlock their potential, I often encounter misunderstanding or even negative reactions to the word.
That’s why I want to clarify: The world is changing, evolving, and not standing still. Psychology is rapidly developing, and coaching has become one of the most effective modern tools for working with people.
It’s not just a trendy buzzword — it’s real support for people, grounded in modern approaches and methods of personal development. This concept has been studied by leading psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and specialists in human potential. Coaching has a history spanning several decades, backed by a strong scientific and practical foundation — the result of years of research and experience by well-known professionals.
The English word "coach" originally meant "carriage" — a vehicle that helps a person get from point A to point B. It comes from the Hungarian town of Kocs, where in the 15th century comfortable carriages were made — kocsi, meaning "from Kocs." Over time, the word came to refer to a means or a person who helps "carry" someone to where they need to go.
Coaching is:
Modern coaching emerged in the 1970s–1980s. A key figure was Sir John Whitmore, known as the father of modern coaching:
Thomas Leonard — an American financial advisor and a pioneer of coaching in the US:
Timothy Gallwey — author of The Inner Game of Tennis, introduced the concept of inner dialogue as key to performance.
Laura Whitworth — one of the first to formalize coaching as a profession.
"Coaching is the art of facilitating the development, learning, and productivity of another person." — John Whitmore
Sometimes a person isn’t even at point A — they are disconnected from their current reality. They don’t understand what’s happening or why they can’t take action. In such cases, simply setting goals is not enough.
This is where hypnocoaching comes in.
Hypnocoaching is a modern practice that combines two powerful methodologies:
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic method that works with the subconscious mind through trance techniques. It helps unlock deep emotional traumas, fears, limiting beliefs, and internal barriers that prevent a person from fully living and growing. Hypnosis has been used for thousands of years — in Ancient Egypt, India, and Greece.
In modern times, Milton Erickson, an American psychiatrist, is considered the father of clinical hypnosis. In the 1950s–60s, he developed a unique method of hypnotherapy without direct suggestion — using metaphors, imagery, and calm focus. In a light trance state, the conscious mind relaxes and steps aside, making it easier to safely access the subconscious and transform fears, doubts, traumas, and limiting beliefs.
The history of hypnocoaching began in the 2000s–2010s. Practitioners observed that:
That’s how hypnocoaching emerged — a blend of both approaches.
Notable pioneers of hypnocoaching include:

A coaching session is a deep, structured conversation designed to help you clearly see yourself, your situation, and your possibilities. Each session is like a journey: from an inner request — to a clear solution and the strength to act.
In my work, I combine:
A short introductory meeting where we:
A deep transformational session based on your request. We work with goals, emotional state, mindset, inner resources, or blocks that hold you back.
Coaching Session — helps to clarify your true request, understand the situation, see new solutions, and set clear goals and strategies.
Energy Therapy — energizes you for action. After the coaching part, I activate your inner resources, clear energetic blocks, and give you a boost for confident movement forward.
This is work on both the conscious and energetic levels. You leave not only with a plan, but with motivation, inspiration, and inner strength to act.
